One checkbox on the calendar event and the message goes out with the data already in the case: automatic reminders, PDF documents and florist orders on the same channel.
In a funeral agency the same notice gets rewritten many times: the time change to a colleague, the ceremony reminder, the quote to the family, the order to the florist. Every time you open the chat, look for the contact and re-copy data that already sits in the case file.
RESTinCloud's Advanced WhatsApp Notifications build the message from the event or the document that generates it: the funeral home management software composes the text with the data already entered and, where needed, attaches the PDF. It only goes to recipients with a valid mobile number, never blocks the operation in progress and, if something does not go out, it stays written in the company log while you carry on.
Event name, start time, case, deceased, place and sender come from the saved event: you only tick the box.
Twenty-four and three hours before the start, plus the custom date: with event reminders and WhatsApp notifications on in the Calendar.
Quote and Payment Notice go out with the document generated and attached to the message, on the same channel.
When the funeral turns Organised the order goes out with its PDF, on arrangements with automatic sending switched on.
Assignment to and removal from a service reach the employee and the company administrator, with no manual steps.
If a send fails it is recorded in the company log with date, severity and action: the work does not stop.
