The obituary is ready, but the portal asks for everything again: first name, surname, dates, town of death. It is the same data you already entered in the funeral case, and retyping it opens the door to mismatches between your funeral home management software and the public page.
With RESTinCloud's Obituaries and Publications the obituary starts from the case: pick the funeral and the deceased's data is already there. You only add what is truly yours — memorial text, photo and funeral poster — then you switch on Publish and the sync with necrologi.news, the RESTinCloud portal, starts in the background. The public link appears once publication is confirmed, and your funeral agency's name and logo stay beside the memory.
Pick the funeral: name, dates, town and province of death come from the case, with no personal-data fields to fill in.
Your work stays yours: memorial text, photo of the deceased and funeral poster. The rest is already on its way to the portal.
Sync running, synced, failed: the status sits on the obituary, and a failed sync goes back into the queue.
The public link appears when necrologi.news confirms; a withdrawal stays in progress until the portal confirms the removal.
The funeral home's name and logo travel with every published obituary, on the portal's indexed public page.
The page is open to anyone who wants to leave a thought: messages go through an automated review before publication.
