A service for a companion animal brings data a funeral case never planned for: species, breed, microchip, health booklet, certifying vet, collection place, destination of the ashes. When a funeral firm adapts the flow designed for people, that data ends up on scattered sheets and folders, and the cost summary has to be rebuilt by hand.
With RESTinCloud's Pets & Companion Animals module the case is its own, with six steps that carry their own names: animal data, collection and transport, services and destination, products and keepsakes, forms and documents, summary and quote. Owner and animal come in already linked from the records, the cremation or burial of the companion animal is chosen in its dedicated step, and the quote prints without ever leaving the case.
Species, breed, microchip, health booklet and certifying vet have their own fields, not notes bolted onto a funeral template.
